Allen Han - Product Development Advisor
With 15 years of experience in developing consumer electronics and mobile devices, Allen is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients. Over the past six years, Allen has directed multi-disciplinary teams collaborating between the US and Asia. During this time Allen has developed strong relationships with many tier-one ODMs in Asia. Included in his accomplishments are both national and international design awards, including Business Week/IDEA, IF/Red Dot and Good Design. With over 30 US and International Design and Utility patents, Allen has significant product development knowledge in design, usability, interaction, manufacturability, CMF processes and the ability to strategically balance all the factors for winning product. Prior to joining Element3, he was the Hardware Experience Director at HTC, responsible for industrial design, usability and hardware/software integration for much of HTC's 2008 and 2009 product portfolio.
Chung-Ming Ying - Industrial Design
With 13 years of design consulting experience in the US, Chung-Ming is passionate about client satisfaction. He has a diverse design experience including consumer electronics, mobile devices, medical devices, soft goods and houseware. Chung-Ming is well-connected to the prototyping and design community in Taiwan and leads our offshore product development studio over there. Chung-Ming has a BFA for Industrial Design from University of Washington.
